Handbuilt Hot Cocoa Mugs (for tweens and up!)

Make your own hot cocoa mug to be used on the snowiest of days this winter season! Learn the basics of working with pinch pots, how to add decorations and embellishments to the mug, and even attach a handle. Each participant will receive enough clay to create one mug, but the skills gained will allow for you to return during a scheduled drop-in session to make more independently if you so wish! Cost covers all materials from start to finish including glazing and firing.

This workshop is best suited for beginners and those ages 11+. There is a second workshop later in the day that can be found on our workshops page which caters to those under the age of 11.  We ask that you please bring your own towel to class to use for wiping hands and any personal materials/attire. Please take note that no outside food is allowed in the studio. Beverages with a lid are welcome.
