Ready for a game of tic-tac-toe? Come design and create your own board and pieces for a fully custom set made by you! Using handbuilding techniques (slabs and coils), participants will learn some basic handbuilding skills to create their board and individual play pieces. Image references, texture tools, cookie cutters, and other materials will be available to assist you in constructing your set. Guidance and direct instruction will be provided throughout the workshop. 

This workshop is designed for anyone and everyone interested in clay. Age recommendation is 8+. Those under 8 should be accompanied by a parent. Please bring a towel to wipe hands and any accessories/apparel. Food is not permitted in River Ceramics Studio. Drinks with closed lids are allowed. Projects will be ready for glazing 2-3 weeks post workshop. An email with a link to book your glazing time will be sent as soon as projects are out of the kiln.
