Raku Workshop 6/21
Join us for our first Raku Workshop at River Ceramics
Service Description
Mobileraku will conduct a one day workshop on 6/21/2025. Ten to Twelve students may attend. River Ceramics member cost is $125 each. Non-member cost is $140. Each student may fire up to five pieces, no larger than 8 inches wide and, 12 inches tall. No large bowls or slabs, please. Students must have their work bisque fired before workshop date - please have all work on the labeled drying rack no later than 6/8. We will use Raku clay, Standard 239 clay body. We will glaze together then fire until finished. Instructor Brett would like for the group to start together and finish together. Students must wear long sleeve shirts and pants, closed toe shoes. A minimum of 10 students and max of 12 are allowed at the event. Members will receive sign-up priority. Event will open to outside guests on 5/10.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small business aiming to provide the best service possible to our guests, patrons, and studio members. To receive a full refund or the option for free rescheduling, the studio must be notified at least 5 days prior to the event date. Any time period less than 5 days but more than 2 days prior to the event will result in a rescheduling/cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your workshop or event. Any refund offered may be subject to a 4% processing fee. We do not allow rescheduling within 48 hours of the class and no refunds will be offered for cancellations.
