Service Description

Create a snowman to keep on your shelf through the winter season (or longer!). Participants will receive two pre-made hollow spheres to build their snowman (one large, one small). Instructions with demonstrations and guidance provided - all participants will learn how to securely attach clay, create accessories and embellishments, and add surface design. Guests can personalize their snowman however they wish with hats, scarves, buttons, and more. Please note that long, thin pieces of clay like arms or other extremities will not survive the drying/firing process and will be discouraged. This workshop is designed for all ages and best suited for all levels of experience including beginners. Adults required to assist children ages 7 and under. After the workshop your piece will be fired and glazed to one color of your choice. An email will be sent once your piece is out of the kiln and ready for pick up. Looking for to make your piece more personalized? Ask your instructor about booking a glazing appointment to come in and glaze yourself. Please bring a towel to your workshop to wipe hands and any accessories/apparel. Smocks are available for use. Food is not permitted in the studio, however drinks with a closed lid are welcome. Due to the required material prep, registration for this workshop will close 24 hours ahead of the event. Please plan accordingly!

Cancellation Policy

Please review our rescheduling/cancellation policies before booking. We have these policies in place to provide proper support to the employee(s) and artist(s) booked specifically for your event along with the fact that another customer may have wished to book this event if the space/time was available. We are a small business aiming to provide the best service possible to our guests, patrons, and studio members. To receive a full refund or the option for free rescheduling, the studio must be notified at least 5 days prior to the event date. Any time period less than 5 days but more than 2 days prior to the event will result in a rescheduling/cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your workshop or event. Any refund offered may be subject to a 4% processing fee. We do not allow rescheduling within 48 hours of the class and no refunds will be offered for cancellations.
